Mother Puckers Groovy Garlic Review

January 1st, 2008

ok now Mother Puckers have a number of different bottles of hot sauce on the market, this was my first from them its called Groovy Garlic it cost $10 canadian and I have to say it really had a vinegar taste to it, probably too much. Yet I have nearly finished off the bottle as its good on chips and tacos, and not bad on steak.

Now apparently this one won an award in 2005 for best mild sauce

Ingredients

Red Peppers
Distilled Vinegar
Salt
Garlic
Xantham Gum ( what the hell is this ? )

Overall Taste : 5 out 10 – Just too damn vinegary for my liking
Consistency: Good
Heat: Mild – About a 4 on a scale of 10 being Hottest
